Installation & Configuration

1. Install the Module:

  • Upload the module via the PrestaShop back office.
  • Navigate to Modules > Module Manager and install it.
  • Go to Customers > WhatsApp Support tab.

2. Add a WhatsApp Group:

  • Go to WhatsApp Support > Groups in the back office.
  • Click "Add Group", enter a name, and save.

3. Set Up Agents:

  • Navigate to WhatsApp Support > Agents.
  • Click "Add Agent", then enter:
    • Agent's name
    • Mobile number with country code
    • Profile image
    • Working hours & availability
    • Supported languages & customer groups
    • Assigned WhatsApp group & country
  • Save to activate the agent.
  • Sharing product links
  • Showing WhatsApp chat in product headers
  • Limiting visibility to specific customer groups
